For me it is the gym or running that puts the pause on life – I’m focused on me. Be flexible about what pausing your life means to you; maybe it’s a walk or a bike ride. Time management by mapping out the week and schedule time for friends and family. It is important to make family a priority and I always make sure I have a strong circle of people that support and love me.”
